Welcome to the TruckSuite mobile application (the "App"). Throughout the terms "We," "Us," and "Our" refer to TruckSuite. By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the App after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

Some features of the App may require you to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Use of the App

A. Content Restrictions: You agree not to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, obscene, defamatory, or infringing on any third-party rights.

B. Prohibited Activities: You must not engage in any of the following activities while using the App:

1. Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App's security, functionality, or accessibility.

2. Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its related systems  or networks.

4. Engage in any form of automated data collection or scraping.

5. Harass, abuse, or harm other users or any third parties.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be found in the App. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of TruckSuite, its partners or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms or for any other reason.

9. Disclaimers

A. No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

B. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
